Return Policy

Because orders are produced on-demand, all sales are final. Returns will not be accepted because the wrong size or color was ordered or the customer changed their mind. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at detroitautoart@gmail.com within 48 hours and we’ll work to make it right.


Processing and Shipping

Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Transit times will vary based on a number of factors, including the destination and shipping method you choose. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

 

Duties and Taxes

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to customers in Michigan, California, and North Carolina.


Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any and all appropriate duty, taxes or fees to be collected at time of customs or border clearance, where applicable.


Product Packaging

Different products require different packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged, so dissimilar items will be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
